About 35 minutes west of Salem, on the bank of the Yamhill River in Dayton, our RV community sits in the middle of one of the most acclaimed wine regions in the world. If you're based in the Salem area and looking for a month-to-month RV community with full hookups, a heated pool, and easy access to the Willamette Valley, we'd love to welcome you to the neighborhood.
Our 158 month-to-month RV sites come with 30/50 amp hookups, water, sewer, WiFi, and garbage all included at $900 a month. Electricity is metered separately, keeping the billing clean and straightforward. No long-term lease, no complicated contracts, just a well-run community in a beautiful part of Oregon.
The Willamette Valley has quietly become one of the most respected wine regions in the world, and living here means you have daily access to that. Stoller Family Estate, Sokol Blosser, and Domaine Willamette along with many others are all just minutes from the front gate.
