Just a few minutes east of downtown McMinnville, on the bank of the Yamhill River in Dayton, Oregon, our RV community sits in the middle of one of the most celebrated wine regions in the world. For those who want to be close to everything McMinnville and the Willamette Valley have to offer without actually being in the middle of it, this is the spot.
Our 158 RV sites come with 30/50 amp hookups, water, sewer, WiFi, and garbage all included at $900 a month. Electricity is metered separately so you're only paying for what you use.
McMinnville is one of Oregon's great small cities, and it really excels when it comes to food and wine. Third Street is lined with independently owned restaurants, tasting rooms, and wine bars that draw serious attention from beyond the state. The International Pinot Noir Celebration calls McMinnville home every summer, and the culinary scene has grown up right alongside the wine culture. Day to day, it's a very livable, walkable city with genuine character.
Beyond McMinnville, the Valley opens up into over 500 wineries across rolling hills and some of the most scenic farmland in the Pacific Northwest.
