About 45 minutes south of Hillsboro, on the bank of the Yamhill River in Dayton, our RV community sits in the middle of one of the most acclaimed wine regions in the world. If you're in the Portland metro area and ready to trade the pace of the city for something quieter and more scenic, the Willamette Valley welcomes you!
Our 158 month-to-month RV sites come with 30/50 amp hookups, water, sewer, WiFi, and garbage all included at $900 a month. Electricity is metered separately, keeping things clean and predictable.
The Valley is home to over 500 wineries, and some of the best are practically neighbors. Stoller Family Estate, Sokol Blosser, and Domaine Willamette are all just minutes from the front gate. McMinnville's Third Street is a short drive and delivers an impressive food and wine scene for a city its size. The International Pinot Noir Celebration draws serious wine lovers from around the world to this region every summer, and living here means you're already in the middle of it.
Back at the park, there's a heated seasonal pool, coin laundry, a rentable clubhouse with a full kitchen, two smart TVs, and a patio with a propane grill. Pet stations are scattered throughout the grounds, dogs are welcome, and the office is staffed seven days a week from 9am to 9pm.
This is a month-to-month only community, no revolving door of overnight guests. The people here are long-term residents who chose the Valley on purpose, and that consistency shows up in the atmosphere every day.
